At the Winrock Farm in Morrilton, Conway County, Arkansas, Jeannette Edris Rockefeller receives an official statement of appreciation from the Treasury Department for her service as chairman for women of savings bonds sales in Arkansas. Presenting it to her were William Campbell of Forrest City, Saint Francis County, Arkansas, state chairman, and Elmer Rustad from Washington D.C., Treasury Department national director for savings bonds sales, and Dabbs Sullivan, banker, of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Pictured is Rockefeller speaking.
